# FAQ

* Please, make sure that you have already installed plugins [ProfileStorage](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/profilestorage.65030/) and [TheCore](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/thecore.84131/)
* Make sure, [TheCore](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/thecore.84131/)'s storage is the same as storage of this plugin.
